LOCATION
Villa lies on the on a 1000 square meter land surrounded by olive trees, and it’s only 2 km away from the sea. The nearest town from this property is a town of Stomorska – one of the oldest on the island of Šolta. The island of Šolta belongs to the Central Dalmatian archipelago, and it’s only 9 nautical miles distanced from the city of Split (the capital city of Split-Dalmatia county). The island itself is very accessible. You can choose between 6 ferry lines and 1 speedboat line per day (from the Split port).
Also, the roads on the island are well maintained (the main road is D410 state road). Small towns on the island of Šolta are oriented on tourism, mainly focused on sailing and yachting. The great advantage of this property is the fact that is distanced enough from the first town. You can have complete privacy in a stunning landscape but also you don’t have to go far if you decide to visit a beach or go to a nearby restaurant.
EXTERIOR
The idea of the exterior was to embrace an authentic blend of modern design and Mediterranean style. The concept was based on the idea of spreading the sense of timeless natural beauty and sophistication emphasizing traditional stone and glass. The blend of the modern and Mediterranean is present even in the spacious terrace with a 14-meter long swimming pool, a lot of green areas (with olive trees). A terrace is a great place for many activities as it has and a barbecue area, pool table, and exercise bikes.
INTERIOR
The villa’s accommodation capacity is 200 square meters. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, modern kitchen, dining room, guest toilet, laundry room, and sauna. On the upper floor are four bedrooms with separate bathrooms and access to a shared balcony.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The island of Šolta hides many opportunities. Tourism is certainly the most important branch of economy, but it’s focused more on visitors who want to avoid bigger resorts in coastal towns. Even the Business Insider recognized that advantage as it enlisted Šolta as one of 100 under the radar islands people should visit in a lifetime. Šolta attracts a lot of nautical tourists. It has two modern marinas with a new infrastructure. Except for tourism, Šolta has something interesting to offer for agricultural investors. One of the trademarks is certainly one of the most quality olive oils in the world. The secret of the quality lie in the olive fruits that grow on the trees old more than 1000 years. Another most important product is the honey made from wild rosemary. Of course, there is also a strong wine production tradition, which is one of the oldest in Croatia.
